Finding Balance with Tai Chi

Today, in Tai Chi, Master Yuan led us through some movements to assist with balance, to strengthen the knees and ankles, before leading us into practicing our form. Master Yuan spoke of the importance of taking the time to slow down in today's fast-paced and busy world. Slowing down, through practices such as Tai Chi, is how we find balance.
