Join ZojaYoga-Poses-Crane-Pose-Bakasana every Saturday 1:30 to 2:30 pm for her Yoga Flow with CORE! Become a regular with this class and work your way to Bakasana pose! Each week Zoja will build on the practice from the week before and working towards more intricate postures. Focusing on core and shoulders- to be able to hold those planks longer- Zoja says she will be able to get her regulars into handstand and balancing postures by the end of summer!
