Follow Kristina through a Sun Salutation A to conjure up your energy for the day! Do as many flows as desired and at tgratitudehe end think of three things you are thankful for! Spending 5 minutes each day to reflect on gratitude and thankfulness is proven to increase people’s level of happiness as well as increases the number of acts of kindness you act on each day. Some people simply reflect on their gratitude in their mind during a small meditation, and others enjoy keeping a gratitude journal which they write in each day or week.
