Catherine Pestl, BHSc, RYT, IBCLC is a Toronto-based yoga teacher who is grateful for the opportunities she has to learn and teach internationally. After finishing a degree in Health Sciences/Kinesiology, Catherine completed the RYT program in 2005 and studied advanced teacher training in Prenatal yoga at Esther Myers Yoga Studio in 2008. Catherine studied Mindfulness-based Meditation at McMaster in 2009, and incorporates mindfulness into every practice. Catherine’s Monday evening meditation class is a blissful start to the week! Open to all.
