Peace must exist in one’s Self before it can exist in the world.
Can a meditation practice change your life? Have half an hour to come to class on Monday evenings? Perfect. Have 5 minutes at the start of your day? Amazing. Make a commitment to meditate, no matter how short it may seem, and you will create S P A C E for peace in your Self, your life, and your world.

When our minds are filled with jumping thoughts, we become frazzled, anxious, and often unable to to sort though the noise. Our Monday Meditation class will give you a safe space to close your eyes and clear your mind. Eventually the most important thoughts will surface, and the rest of the ‘noise’ will recede.

After learning the basics of meditation, you may be surprised at how 5 minutes a day will help you find peace. Take what we teach you and carve a moment in your schedule to grow in your practice.

Yoga asana and meditation bring the same focus to our body, mind, and spirit. When focusing on posture work or our meditation teacher’s guiding words, the mental chatter is removed and eventually we find ourselves in light harmony with ourselves, our teachers, and a greater Self.

Practice meditation and yoga to centre yourself, feel grounded, and acknowledge your strength as you carefully move forward on the path to peace. Even if it is only 5 minutes of peace a day!
