Kristina classToday at the end of Kristina class everybody got on their head and remained on the king of poses, Supported HeadStand (Salamba Sirsasana), for a few breaths. The wall came very handy to deepen the pose and work more on arms strength. Kristina’s classes are on Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning.
