About Catherine

Catherine is our gentle yoga, prenatal and meditation yoga teacher whose classes are a blissful part of the week. After finishing a degree in Health Sciences/Kinesiology, Catherine completed the Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) program in 2005 and studied advanced teacher training in Prenatal yoga at Esther Myers Yoga Studio in 2008. Catherine studied Mindfulness-based Meditation at McMaster in 2009, and incorporates mindfulness into every practice.
