Ananda Restorative Yoga

Ananda is Sanskrit for Bliss- a perfect name for this class! Our new Ananda Restorative classes melt stress and anxiety with soft candlelight, calming music, balancing aromatherapy, and a warming chai tea. This is a complete wellness class. Devote an hour to your wellbeing with us on Sunday afternoons and you will feel the benefit  from your toes to the top of your head, from a deep cellular level to glowing skin! This series is a foundation for your day-to-day life; we will meditate and heal, build space for peace, find quiet, remove stressors, move into stillness, and restore.

Restorative postures aim to realign, de stress, lengthen the body, and calm an anxious mind. It’s a Sunday afternoon spa. Our plentiful props ensure a class tailored for you, this is open to ALL.

The Ananda Restorative classes are offered Sundays from 430-530pm, in six-week blocks. The series begins December 9 and will run until January 20 (no class December 30). Come dressed in comfortable and warm clothes- no need for ‘yoga’ clothes, and keep your warm wooly winter socks on. Don’t miss this series!
